She not only helped us in searching for our ideal home, but also made sure the whole process from making an offer to closing the deal was done correctly and smoothly – mind you this was done remotely, since we currently live on the East Coast and the property is in Arizona, more than 2000 miles away, not exactly within driving distance! It took us working together for more than 4 months, but we did it! She also recommended a list of good local service providers for home inspections, electrical services, HVAC services, etc. and the title company selected to coordinate the closing process was very professional and efficient, and kept us informed at all times. We also had access to the escrow account online to check the status and download the posted/e-signed documents. The whole ‘remote’ closing process was much easier than we’d ever anticipated, thanks to her and the title company working closely together with us. Whenever we had questions, no matter by texts, by emails or by phone calls, she always responded quickly. We were so lucky to have her as our agent. Most agents consider their work done after the closing of the deal and rightfully so, but Theresa continued to help us in the following days after closing, overseeing the installation of a new A/C system that took a good part of the day, and even spending her own time and money on curtains to cover the windows/sliding doors for privacy and security while the house remains unoccupied. She also kindly agreed to safeguard the keys for us until we come back in a couple of months to start furnishing it. That really is above and beyond what an agent has to do, and for that we are eternally grateful. Thank you Theresa for all you have done for us!
