Hi, I’m Theresa Zech, a Phoenix real estate agent and Arizona REALTOR® with Real Broker. I’m the team leader of Live Local Real Estate Group, helping buyers and sellers throughout the Phoenix metro area and Northern Arizona.

I specialize in North Phoenix real estate and the surrounding communities of Anthem, Tramonto, Cave Creek, Carefree, Scottsdale, Peoria, and beyond. I also specialize in Munds Park real estate, helping clients buy and sell full-time homes, vacation properties, and second homes in Northern Arizona.

From Wisconsin to Living in Phoenix

I’m originally from Wisconsin and moved to Arizona in 2010. I understand firsthand what it’s like to relocate to Arizona and learn an entirely new city. My family and I quickly fell in love with the sunshine, outdoor lifestyle, desert landscape, and the variety of communities that make the Phoenix area such a great place to call home.

Today, North Phoenix is home, and that personal experience is a big part of how I help my clients. Buying a home isn’t just about bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. It’s about understanding the neighborhoods, commute, recreation, restaurants, local businesses, and lifestyle that come with living in Phoenix.

Before real estate, I spent years leading design and marketing teams for national retail brands. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today and gives my sellers a marketing perspective that goes far beyond simply putting a home on the MLS.
